You can apply online through our website by the Submit Application at the top or selecting the property you’re interested in or and completing the rental application. Once submitted, our team will review your information and contact you regarding next steps.
What are the requirements to qualify for a rental?
Applicants must complete an application and meet basic qualification standards, which may include income verification, rental history, background screening, and credit review. Requirements may vary depending on the property.
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposit amounts vary based on the property and lease terms. The required deposit will be clearly listed in the property details before you sign your lease.
Are pets allowed in ADM Rental Properties?
Pets are not permitted inside any ADM Rental Properties rental units. However, tenants may keep pets outdoors only, provided the pet is properly secured and does not create a disturbance or safety concern. Tenants with pets are required to sign a Pet Acknowledgement Agreement confirming responsibility for pet care, behavior, and compliance with all property rules.
How do I request maintenance or repairs?
To ensure proper tracking and timely service, all maintenance and repair requests must be submitted through our “Submit Issue Request” option located in the top menu of our website. Requests submitted through this system allow our team to document, prioritize, and respond efficiently. Phone calls, text messages, and verbal requests may not be accepted for non-emergency repairs.
How do I pay my rent each month?
Rent payments can be made quickly and securely through our online payment system. Tenants may submit rent by clicking the “Pay Rent” link located at the top of our website. Online payments ensure timely processing and provide convenient payment tracking for your records.
All rent payments must be submitted through the online portal unless otherwise stated in your lease agreement.
