Immediate Processing: The payment will be processed immediately, and the transaction will reflect today’s date. 3. Payment Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the payment, I will receive a confirmation email or notification confirming the transaction details. 4. Payment Method: I ensure that the payment method provided is accurate and has sufficient funds to cover the transaction. ADM is not responsible for any fees associated with insufficient funds or declined transactions. 4. Late Payments: It is my responsibility to ensure timely payments. Late payments may be subject to late fees as specified in your lease agreement. 5. Tenant Responsibility: It is my responsibility to retain records of rent payments for personal reference and documentation.
